Can't get this damn thing to set up.
Askes for mobile number and password... What password?
I have tried all the options to reset/register but nothing happens...
Not impressed at all.

The app asks for a password you would have set up when you first signed up for our services, if you have forgotten this password you can follow this link www.plus.net/forgotpassword.

No matter which browser I use, clicking the reset button does not work; nothing happens.

@Helmetfire, when clicking that link, that @pjmarsh mentions above, what error messages are you getting up?

I enter my mobile number and then my email address, click 'Reset' and nothing happens, and no error messages.
As I say, I have tried in three different browsers with the same result.

Sounds like a time-out or cookies. I would suggest clearing your cache and cookies on the browser you are using enter into the URL: https://www.plus.net/my-account/mobile/jsf/pages/ForgotPassword.xhtml. Let us know how you get on.

It took seven attempts, but I finally got it to work...
Now all I need to do is get it set-up on my wife's phone... Think I'll leave that for a little while 🙂
