Any chance of short number texting yet by PN?

I know this has been debated before but I could do with having this feature available? Not for premium lines but for other useful functions. Would be nice if individual customers were given the choice rather than a blanket, 'No you're not having it' approach.

Thanks for getting in touch.

As you've mentioned, this has been discussed across various other threads and the response at this stage is very much the same, I'm afraid - we're unaware of any definitive plans to introduce short code support, however, as soon as there's news to share it'll be released via our usual marketing and PR channels, rather than the community forum.

As part of BT it's a shame this simple feature is beyond PN. Might be time to move on I think.
