I wish I'd looked here before signing up for two new SIMs...
What on earth is going on with Plusnet and porting existing numbers?
Nobody in Customer Services seems to have a clue what's going on!
If they were as keen to sort the issue as they are to want to close my two new accounts - things could be a lot different...
To say I am furious is an understatement...
And to be told by two different CS reps that I have a working service (with a - so that should make things OK attitude) further fuels my fury!
So, can I determine whether the port has been started yet?
