Another 2gb question

I saw that there are other threads on this, but they don't answer the question and it says there should be a new thread per customer so here goes...

 

I have had a Plusnet 30 day sim for a while and today have had Plusnet broadband activated. Does this mean that I can have an extra 2gb added to my existing sim plan or only if I take out a new one?

Hi @norfolkphoto,

 

Thank you for getting in touch. If you now have Plusnet broadband, we should be able to arrange to add the additional 2GB of data to your mobile package. Please can you send me the following information over on a PM and then drop us another message on here once you've done that so we can ensure this is picked back up.

 

- Your broadband account username

- Your mobile number

- Your full name

- Your full address, including the postcode

Thank you for sending me that information, Steve. To complete our DPA checks, please can you also send me the following?

 

- Your date of birth

- The first character and the fourth character from your first holiday destination

I had a PM from Adam a week ago saying that I would have to move to one of the current offer tariffs to get the extra 2gb. I replied to this saying I was interested but I have not heard anything back since.
