After numerous calls over 12moths only getting 3G

Help help help 

only joined the forum to get help tried calling and explaining the same thing numerous times over 12 moths and had a web chat but no further forward 

My issue is we have 4 plusnet SIM cards 3 work perfectly in my family’s iPhones we have a 5 5s 6 & 7

three sims work on 4g in all the handsets but mine only works on 3G in all the handsets so we we know 

its not the phones I have had two replacement sims still can’t get 4G on my number only 3G

is there anything you guys at plusnet can do to help?????? Or do I have to move all four sims elsewhere 

I am very frustrated with ringing up and explaining everything and getting no further forward 

Can you solve my issues plusnet ??????

Thanks for getting in touch and welcome to the forums. From what you have explained it does sound like your account is on a 3G service or you have a 3G sim.
