After number port, can't login to mobile account

I ported my old mobile number to plusnet yesterday.  Today I tried to login to my mobile account at https://www.plus.net/my-account/mobile/jsf/pages/Login.xhtml  but I get the error message "Something’s gone wrong, have another go".

I requested a password reset which arrived, so I reset the password but I still can't login with the new password.

Has my username changed due to the number port?

are you using your account number to log in with?

Fix

Whilst the port is taking place, there will be a short time where your login details will remain as the temporary Plusnet number.

 

Once the dust has settled, you'll be able to use your old number to login. In the meantime, it's a good idea to use your account number to log in; please let me know if you need any help retrieving this.

Using account number but also tried new (old ported number) mobile number. Will have another go.

Looks like plusnet mobile account login is down.
"Uh oh, we can’t show this page right now.
Please try again later"

Now I am getting.

'My Account’ has been temporarily locked because your username and/or password has been entered incorrectly 5 times. Please wait 15 minutes and try again, or alternatively, select the ‘Forgotten Your Password’ link to reset your password.
