Quickest way would be to call 500 from your Plusnet mobile, but if it can wait until next week I’ll be happy to take a look when I’m back in the office.

If you haven't had this sorted yet, could you private message me the following details to pass our data protection checks?

+Your mobile number

+Your full name

+Your full address

+Are you the account holder?

+Your date of birth

+Last 2 digits of your bank account number

+Last 2 digits of your bank sort code
