Adult content lock plusnet mobile

Hi - please can you remove the adult content lock on my mobile - thanks.

It'll be quicker if you call Customer services, 500 from your phone

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Sorry, I cant help you directly, I'm just a customer like yourself. There are PlusNet staff who monitor this forum but they may take a while to respond and there will then be a delay whilst you private message them to pass security.

I'm just advising the quickest method to solve your problem.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Apologies - This should just be a tick box in the App. Why should I have to phone customer services every time I want to amend this feature. Plusnet are not my mother. I understand blocking it for every sim, but why can't they just add this feature to the app so the adult who has control can amend it whenever they like. I've never come across this before. It's very annoying, and not a great introduction for new customers.

+Your mobile number

+Your full name

+Your full address

+Are you the account holder?

+Your date of birth

+Last 2 digits of your bank account number

+Last 2 digits of your bank sort code
