Hi @prentice1985,

 

Thank you for getting in touch. We can remove the adult content block on your account, but will just need to run through some data protection checks first. Please can you send me the following over on a private message?

 

- Your full name and confirmation that you're the account holder

- Your mobile number

- Your full address, including the postcode

Hi @prentice1985, thanks for getting back to us and I'm sincerely sorry your previous responses look to have been missed. I have attempted to give you a call this morning in hopes to get your request actioned but unfortunately couldn't get through to you. I will be looking to give you another call tomorrow morning around 9am/10am to hopefully help action this request for you.
Alternatively, if you drop me a private message with all the below information then I'll get the adult content filter removed for you.
 

In order to pass security on the account can you please confirm your:
-Mobile Number
-Full Name and if you're the account holder
-Full Address
-Last 2 digits of sort code and account number
-Date of birth


Again, my apologies this still hasn't been actioned for you and I'll be looking to resolve this as swiftly as possible moving forwards.
