Adding mates rates 2GB bonus to existing Plusnet Mobile plan

Hi,

I signed up for Plusnet Mobile a couple of years before signing up for fibre as well. Is there an easy way to get the mates rates perk added?

Hi @Tallguy 

There’s not an option to add an extra 2GB per se. Mates rates is basically built into a selection of plans. For example, the offers Here are mates rates deals.

I’d recommend calling us on 500 from your mobile to discuss what mates rates deals we can offer you as I’m sure we’d be able to tempt you with one.

Our mobile support team are open 7:30am to 10pm.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
