Adding Mates Rates

I am an existing Plusnet Mobile customer and have just signed up to Plusnet Broadband, I would like get the 2GB extra mates rates added to my sim. Is this done automatically when the home broadband is live?

My wife also has a PN mobile sim (different login/account), can it also be applied to her account?

Ring 500 (free) and speak to customer services - they will sort it for you

If you’ve not got this sorted yet, can you PM me your mobile number and I’ll be happy to see what we can offer you as a broadband customer.

Also, up to 5 mobile accounts can qualify for mates rates per 1 broadband account so if you’ve not reached the limit yet, we’ll be able to offer your wife a mates rates deal for her mobile.
