Accounts closed, why am i still being charged?

My two SIM only deals were cancelled in May. I was advised payment would be taken in June as it had gone past billing then refunded in July and to keep the direct debits open.

 

As far as I'm aware, the refunds have not been posted yet for July, I have just had another bill to say 1p will be taken this month on one of the accounts.  I've checked the account and it states no usage but has produced a 1p charge.

why am I still being charged? Where are my refunds? Why haven't you closed my accounts when you issued PAC codes which are used and numbers moved to another provider?

This really has to stop!

I'm sorry to see you're getting bills after your accounts have been closed.

Can you drop me a PM with the following details so we can take a closer look?

+Your mobile numbers
+Your full name
+Your full address
+Are you the account holder?
+Your date of birth
+Last 2 digits of your bank account number
+Last 2 digits of your bank sort code

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
