Account set up but no sim - but being billed?

Hi
Am i eating through my monthly cost despite not having recieved or activated my sim?

Been a week now so that is a quarter of my monthly subscription.

Or am i mistaken ?

Seems mighty unfair if my billing is going out but not able to use the service...

To confirm as soon as you order and sim dispatched punters are being billed. All received and ported now. Lost a quarter of the subs overall.
