Account in Credit

Hi, 

 

I cancelled my PlusNet contract early last month. I have now just received an email to say that my account is in credit by £5.16. What exactly does this mean?

Can you just confirm if you are referring to a Mobile or Fixed Line & Broadband account?

- Your full name (if different to account holders)

- Your full address with postcode

- Your Plusnet mobile number
