Account credit refund.

My Plusnet mobile account was shut over a month ago, I've received bills for 4th April & 4th May both saying my account is £3.84 in credit.

When will Plusnet be refunding this money seeing as they already have bank details?

Thanks for getting in touch with us here. 

In general our back-office team process these but if you're still noticing invoices been generated please drop me a PM with the following information: 

 

- Your full name and confirmation you are the account holder

- Your full address with postcode

- Your Plusnet mobile number 

 

Give me a nudge on this thread once you've sent that PM across and we can go from there.

From what I can see the refund was issued on the 7th and it can take 5 to 10 working days from that point.

£3.84 credit refund appeared in my bank account this morning.

Hi I was charged incorrectly for installation fees and this still hasn't reached my account it was meant to be done 1 week ago until I had an email saying the agent didnt process it because they forgot so I said okay and they said they will refund it couple of days ago this seems to be an ongoing problem

I can confirm the refund has been processed and this can take up to 10 working days to go through.

If you still haven't received it by the 10th of August please get back to us and we'll investigate further
