Accidentally cancelled direct debit

Hello, 

I have accidentally cancelled the direct debit for my mobile phone contract and can't reinstate this via my bank. I can't seen an option anywhere in the My Account area to reinstate this and currently cannot make a call as I am abroad and the phone is now not working! Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm afraid the only way to set up a direct debit for a mobile account is over the phone as there's no functionality built into the website to do this online. I'd recommend calling us on 0800 079 1133 from a different phone if possible. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
