Accessing Mobile Voicemail Abroad

Is there anyway I can access my mobile voicemail when abroad using the internet i.e. for free. I'm going to Turkey and don't want to pay £1.30 a time!

I'm sorry, but this cannot be accessed via WiFi or text messaging, the only way to access Voicemail is to call the service.
