Access to my Plusnet Account

I am using the correct details to log into my Plusnet account, but it keeps saying 'something is wrong, try again'. My email address i [Removed]

Hey there @annevans ! I am sorry to hear you are unable to log in to your member centre, it's rather annoying when it happens, especially when you hit the forgotten password and it doesn't send the email as well. Are you using the email address or the username?

I’ve had the same problem for several weeks now I try to open the app and none of the buttons work. It just displays my phone number at the top and then the continual grey circle spinning. When I try to access via the website it says somethings gone wrong, although my password is definitely correct as is my username.

I'm getting the same! Tried resetting and everything but it won't accept any combination of number/username/email

Just so I can gather examples, please can you let me know if it is just for mobile or for Broadband as well?

Just mobile for me, closed my broadband account recently

My broadband account login is fine.
