Access Point Names under Mobile networks

Can anyone tell me which the best access point names for plusnet network for 4G? And why all these got different names below:

EE Internet

LIFE Mobile Data

Orange Ims

Orange Internet

EE MMS

MMS

My phone was set at Orange Internet by default (4G)

APN settings are here if you need to set them manually. I'd take the sim out and delete them all, shut down the phone, insert the sim and restart. That should set them automatically.
