Acceptable use policy

I've got a dual sim phone and rather than increase my bundles with my existing provider thought id get a plus net sim so id get different coverage etc.

Section 11.4 of the Acceptable use policy says "11.4. You mustn't use more than one SIM card in the same mobile phone in any one month unless we've provided you with a replacement SIM card for any reason (for example, if the SIM card is faulty or if you've lost it)."

So I was wondering if its OK to use a plus net sim in a dual sim mobile with my other provider.

Thanks.

Re: Acceptable use policy

Hi ag!

Thanks for getting in touch with us!

We advise customers not use another SIM in the same phone as it may disrupt the Plusnet services and we can't always guarantee that it will work.

You're more than welcome to try this ag however, we wouldn't be liable if the services were affected in anyway.
