Could you also private message your full name, full address including postcode and the 4th and 5th characters from the security question of 'Your Memorable Place.' As well as this, please provide the last 2 digits from your sort code and account number used to pay the bill.

No I can't.
These are general problems as they happen on both the accounts I have with you.
Surely you guys are capable of investigating these problems I've raised without me giving all my details.
I was a systems developer for over 30years designing and building worldwide computer systems far more complicated than the couple of web pages involved with these issues and I certainly wouldn't needed the info you now request.
What I've reported so far are:-
1. The inability to login first time. Can take 10 or more attempts.
2. The login page is often not displayed in the correct format.
3. Having logged into a second account in the same browser session details from the first login are often still displayed.
4. Clicking on the Historical Usage link has for the past 5 weeks aborted the session
5. The minutes used have not been updated for the past week.
Note that I've used IE, Firefox, Edge and Chrome on a Windows 10 PC and Firefox on an iPad all with the same results.
You maybe UK based , which is good, and competively priced but that is all that seems good. It makes one wonder if a couple of simple web pages can't be made to work correctly it doesn't bode well for on your other computer systems.

Interesting and curious!
I have 2 accounts in my name and I went into the first account and then tried the Historical usage. Result was a crash.
I then went into the second account and looked at Historical usage which then worked BUT it was the usage for the first account.
I logged out & back into the second account and Historical usage crashed. Logged into first account & that then showed the Historical usage for the second account.
So OK I can now view Historical usage but not really impressed with the security aspects of that website.

Over the past 2 weeks or so everything has been fine so I assume that changes have been successfukky made.
