I am afraid @2MRS we are unable to guarantee signal in foreign destinations outside the EU especially if we do not hold agreements with the networks out there. Services are all okay on an account level however if you could provide 3 clear examples within 48hrs shown in the below format:

Service Attempted:
Error that occurred:

 

If you send these via PM we can send this to our operations team to investigate on a network level.
