About to be double charged for the second month

Back in January, my mobile direct debit for £10 wasn’t collected. I then received an email in February to say that due to a change in the way direct debits were processed, both January and February’s direct debits would be collected together. This went through without issue, and £20 was collected at the beginning of March.

However, I have just received a text about this month’s bill, and it says that March’s direct debit of £20 will be collected at the beginning of April - this is absolutely not correct, it should be back to the usual £10! Can you please look into this and confirm I won’t be charged twice this month??? Thank you.

Re: About to be double charged for the second month

I have the same issue regarding my mobile account. £6 taken in Jan. Nothing taken in Feb. Double taken in March £12.

However, I have received a text saying double is going to be taken again at the beginning of April - this is absolutely not correct, it should be back to the usual £6! Can you please look into this and confirm I won’t be charged twice this month

Thank you.

Re: About to be double charged for the second month

Hi i had to phone customer services about a phone/broadband problem and i mentioned my mobile problem too. They at the end transferred me to your mobile dept and they have assured me only the normal amount will be taken next month.

Thanks
