Dear Plusnet, I have the same issue. The last couple of months or so I have been charged double on my mobile phone bill. Could you please sort this out and refund?

customer pays double
Customer then has to notify plusnet of incorrect payment (currently ignored)
Customer Should be refunded
Customer here Still awaiting response to an error which should have been rectified given the notice of impending error before payment taken.

Thanks for your input it wasn't at all a direct debit issue it was a plusnet billing issue due to a change in the processors of our mobile direct debits.
