A week ago I could no longer use phone or get sms on my iphone 13

About a week ago my iphone 13 lost its signal and I have not had it back since. I could not call out, get calls in or receive otp from companies etc.

Now I have tried the Plusnet sim on other phones and it works (an old iPhone and Motorola).

But I have also tried someone else's sim on my iPhone and that also works (Vodaphone).

The only time things don't work is when I put the Plusnet sim into my iPhone.

I didn't change anything as far as I was aware and can only think Plusnet has done something to my sim so it does not work with my iPhone. There might have been an ios update but not sure.

What is the problem?

Should I just contact Plusnet direct or should I try here 1st?

If no one is replying what should I do next?

Either try calling PN - dial 500 from a PN phone, or wait till this gets picked up.
