Just to say how impressed I was by Plusnet Mobile CS this week. Bought a new phone and discovered it took a nano sim, not the micro of my earlier phone (poor research on my part)..
Called PN, who offered a replacement sim. It came the next day.
I rang to activate it - and was back in service within half an hour.
Nice when things actually work...
