5 days and SIM not activated

I signed up for a SIM only contract on Thursday 2 December

At same time, I requested that my mobile number was ported and supplied the required code.

The Plusnet SIM was delivered Monday 6 December and I also received various "welcome" emails.

One message stated that my mobile number port would be "complete today" (6 December)

The same message explained that there might be a short period of disruption to the service - and suggested turning your phone off and on again every so often to make sure the changes take effect.

I've inserted the SIM and restarted the phone periodicallly over the last 2 days, but now its Tuesday 7 December and the phone still shows the message NO SIM CARD -EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY

Can I ask Forum members and moderators what's the best way to report this problem in order to get the SIM activated?

Thanks in advance for your help.
