Hi all. I'm new here. Quick question: do plusnet mobile customers get 4g data in Europe, or does it drop to 3g or 2g. Am about to change provider from Three, so any help much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
As long as there is 4g coverage, then yes. I spent a few weeks in Portugal last month and got 4g data whilst I was there.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
