£40 cashback cheque via MSE

I signed up for a sim only deal via a MSE link. Which said I would automatically be sent a cheque for £40 within 30 days. Not had it yet. When I contacted customer service they said I had to wait for an email. This was definitely not stated when I signed up. It said the cheque would be sent automatically. Please help.

I can confirm that the timescale for the cashback is 30 days after your SIM goes live, so there's still some time yet.

I will however pick this up with our mobile team on Monday and see if I can get an update for you.

I've been advised by our marketing guys that you should receive an email regarding this before the 14th of March.

If you don't, hear anything by the above date, you can contact Grassroots (the company handling your cashback) directly on 0800 587 2013.

Hi - I also joined up via the MSE link, and no sight of the automatic cheque.

Is this a general issue, or are we just the exceptions?

Just wanted to let you know I received my £40 cheque today so actually the information I received here about having to wait for an email and then claim the cash back via the link in the email was incorrect.
Hopefully pompeyclaret your cheque will arrive soon. Mine arrived within the 30 days specified on the MSE link.
