4 & 5 digit text messaging

Even though I've queried the lack of 4 & 5 digit text messaging on Plusnet Mobile on numerous occasions and have been told for more than a year that its 'coming', alas still no sign of it.

I don't ever think it has been said it was coming. The only short codes enabled are for PAC / MAC etc.
PN have always said there were no current plans to introduce it.

I've told by different Plusnet Mobile 'customer service' people when I've asked each time I've changed my or my family's tarriffs that it was coming. So I guess they were lying then!
