I had a Plusnet 30 day sim only plan which i closed in January or February,my account is £6.97 in credit but this has not been refunded and i still get an email each month advising i have a new bill but there won't be a payment as my account is in credit.
I queried this a few months ago by live chat but to be honest didn't understand the answer so left it.Is this procedure for Plusnet as its usually standard practice to refund a customer any owed money after the account is closed?

We'll be able to get this refunded, can you please PM me:
- the mobile number in question
- your name and confirmation that you're the account holder
- the full address including postcode
As soon as I've got the above I'll be able to locate the account and should be able to issue the refund.
