£25 reward card?

I signed up for a 12m contract with a £25 reward card deal on the 28th of July. I have yet to receive any email or reward card in the post. Can someone kindly advise me on how I can chase this up?

I have looked all round the forum. Nothing really I am able or can comment on to create more post to allow me to send a private msg.

I am also waiting on my £100 voucher, I have the chat transcript from the agent and a screenshot of the £100 reward card offer. Our broadband has been in use since 01/07/22 however I haven't received an email or letter. I've emailed a few times and left a post in the forum however not received a reply.
