2 x Sim not working - No welcome email for either but order placed on 13th October.

Hi,
I ordered a 2 x new sim from Plusnet on 13th October. The sims were received on 16th October but have not yet been activated.
Online chat have been unhelpful in resolving the issue and have refused to log a complaint. Activation is time critical as we need to port our number from our current mobile provider asap.
My ability to PM on the forum is currently disabled so I cant raise this directly with a staff member.

@drewbeatonyou should be able to PM now. You need to have made at least 1 post before you can PM,
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Note: The numbers are not yet ported. We have 2 x sim cards that have not been activated & no welcome email has been received from PlusNet. The order was placed on 13th October.
