£15 Reward card offer

Hi, i signed up for the £6/7gb Yorkshire day offer on the  21st, recieved the sim on the 22nd and number ported on the 25th.

Yesterday (26th)i recieveved an emal with the £15 reward card offer for the plan i selected (Yorkshire day deal) so will i be entitled to this?

I imagine you'll have to cancel the first order and then sign up again on the new order which includes a reward card.

Best thing to do would be to call my colleagues in the mobile sales team on 0800 328 4688.

I switched to Plusnet Mobile after receiving an email with the Yorkshire Day deals and signed up on August 1st, the switch was done on August 3rd. I was told that I would receive an email to claim the reward card within 10 working days of activation. As of today I have not received anything.

Hi there,

A reward card from signing up a mobile account is sent automatically 45 days after the service goes live. 

If you can PM me your mobile number and full name though I'll be happy to double check if your account is eligible for this.
