HI @Browni

It sounds like the non geographic calls setting on your account may be turned off.

If you drop me a private message we can certainly look into this for you

Re: 0870 and 0906 numbers

@SarahStewart NGT Helpdesk asked me to use 0870 240 9598 to call relay text service to ask the operator to dial the number for you because at present, I have spoken to Plusnet Mobile Tech Support lady named Catherine today via live chat who been in touch with NGT Helpdesk and there appear to be EE network problem with mobile not dialing out prefix 18001 and 18002 and have to use back up 0870 240 9598 instead until the prefix of 18001 / 18002 is resolved by EE and NGT.

However, will plusnet charged me for using this number 0870 240 9598 but NGT Helpdesk say that Plusnet can refunded any call cost until the prefix is resolved.

NGT Helpdesk provided information here: https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/safety-and-security/accessibility/accessibility-with-ee

 It noted stated:

Update: 18001 text relay service

We’re aware that some of our customers are currently unable to use the 18001 text relay service. We're working to get this fixed.

If you've been affected, you can use the text relay assist service. Just call 0870 240 9598 (text) or 0870 240 5152 (voice for customers who can speak but can’t hear). We’ll credit you for using this service until the 18001 service is back up and running.

Re: 0870 and 0906 numbers

Updated: For Catherine from Plusnet Mobile Tech Support. Prefix 18001 / 18002 has now been resolved and fixed by EE network. Thanks for everything.
