old account in credit

Hi, I recently closed my old plusnet mobile account, i was told i would be credited the unused allowance, but i have noticed the credit is on the account, it has not been refunded to my bank yet, its just lying in the account. How do i get this money taken from the account?

Usually the credit will be automatically refunded back to you by our Billing Team, if you can pop me over a PM with the Mobile number & full name though we can complete our security checks and I can take a further look for you
