What happens if I can’t be in for my engineer appointment?
If you’re not able to be in the property or arrange for anyone over the age of 18 to be in the property you will need to inform us of this by calling us on 0800 432 0200 (from a landline) or 0345 140 0200 (from a mobile) at least 2 working days prior to the appointment so that we can change this to a more suitable time. If you do not inform us that the appointment requires re-arranging and the engineer cannot gain access then a £49.99 re-booking fee may apply. Please note that the system we use to book appointments is a live appointing system which works on the basis of “first come, first served”. Due to this we advise that you contact us as soon as possible if you’re unable to make the appointment that is booked for you. The longer you leave it the longer away the new appointment will be.
