Quality of Service

As part of our commitment to be open and transparent about the service that we provide, from now on we'll be posting the results of Ofcom’s quarterly Quality of Service report. 


While last quarter's report shows that our customers are the most satisfied broadband customers in the UK, we’ve got more work to do to make sure we’re answering their calls more quickly. 


We’re investing in our customer service teams so we can help people, as, when, and where they want it as quickly as possible. Soon there will be an additional 200 advisors to serve customers more quickly as part of an expansion at our

Yorkshire-based HQ
