In response to the recent events and in solidarity with the Ukrainian people, we want to support our customers who may have family and friends impacted by the conflict that's developing in Ukraine.
For anyone wanting to contact their loved ones in Ukraine, we've made mobile & landline calls, data and texts to and from the region free from today. Please be aware though that the signal in the area might be affected by damage to local networks.
If you see a charge on your bill still, don't worry as we'll be working to credit these off automatically for you.
Please note though, that if you have a smart cap you may need to increase the cap because the call, text or data usage at first will be chargeable, as we'll add the credits to cover the costs retrospectively.
We've made it easy to change your smart cap, which you can do online through your account Here or via our mobile app.
