IronPort quarantine and re-directs

I've just had a reply to a ticket that says

As the redirects on your account do not have a separate password for the email address the email will normally be delivered to the default mailbox on your account. So to view any that have been quarantined then please just log in with your default username and password.

Can someone confirm that this is what is actually happening please. I've tried logging in to the IronPort system with my default mailbox (using @username.plus.com and my domains) and I'm finding nothing. As one of my redirects in particular collected a LOT of quarantined emails on Postini I find this very difficult to believe.

No - that is about aliases - which you are checking to confirm go to quarantine under the email address of the underlying mailbox.
This is about re-directs which have no underlying mailbox.

Ah, I'm with you now. Pretty sure that there's no means of logging into a redirect's Quarantine directly. I suspect you'll only be able to manage this using the notifications. Will endeavour to find out the answer to this one as well for you.

Is is a bigger issue due to the lack of the quarantine emails! If they were happening it would be much less of a worry.
