Heyup Peeps 

My name is Wakas aka Dumbledore, I have been working for Plusnet for over a year as part of the Provisioning Team based in Leeds. I have a good amount of knowledge in Provisioning and was a former Escalation Champion as well, which I did to improve my skills within the role and customer services.

I was also an Incentive Representative for Prov in Leeds.

Prior to Joining Plusnet, I graduated from Leeds Beckett University and worked part time in many aspect of customer service roles. I have been working alongside customers for around 7 years in total.

Looking forward in being part of the Social Media Team now and hopefully will get to know all of you guys one by one
