Im so close to signing up. I've done my research and THINK plusnet will be best for me for unlimited broadband. My main concern is not speed but customer service. I've seen good and not so good reviews for plusnet and want to be sure before I commit myself. At present I dont have a phoneline after being cut off by BT years ago due to disputed bill. So I will need a phone line fitted.
Im impressed with this forum so far and I will look around a bit more before deciding
