Hi-diddly-ho community-rinos,

I'm Anoush. Some of you probably know of me already as I've been around these parts for quite some time. My background is Technical Support, but I've built up a diversity of knowledge in the affairs of Faults, Provisioning, and even Sales.

The first question you may be asking yourself is why have I created a new account.

I'm moving on to the Social Media team shortly.

This means that I'll have a greater presence on here soon. I'll be bringing much poppadoms and bacon to my new team, as delicious snacks are the vital sustenance required to help all you wonderful people.
