No longer staff.. Still happy to help!

Hey,

OskarPapa here - Having left Plusnet for greener pastures, I've had my staff account retired.

As my former colleagues are currently swamped due to process changes you may notice responses taking a bit longer than usual and so whilst I'm certainly no Gandalf, please don't hesitate to get in touch for general tech support and I'll get back to you when I can!

Just bear in mind that I no longer have access to PN systems, so it'll have to be VERY general tech help!

Hi OP,

Welcome to the outside world!!

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Aha.

Still weird not having my prestigious 'Staff' tag but it's good to be back online!

I mean, I'd sooner a ghost that's tech trained help me than nobody who's trained in nothing...

@Dumbledore was a pioneer who left us all in his wake, so to speak @Townman! He left for those shores before @TheGhostOfOskar so really the direction was for all left behind to follow - LF
