Just signed up to plusnet after 12 months with john Lewis, they were OK but didn't do TV, very similar customer service problems as plusnet but so far plusnet has been really good, once it's up and running OK I will go for the TV, pity the TV box isn't wireless but still...hoping for cheap black friday TV deal 😊
@Chrisvesey the Internet channels (as opposed to the Freeview ones) are transmitted using 'multicast'. This is not very easy (or efficient) to transmit over a wireless connection, hence the TV box must be on a wired (or homeplug) connection to the router.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
