Hi Everyone,

Seeing as we all seem to be introducing ourselves I figure i'll do the same.

So I'm Pete, I've worked at Plusnet for almost 4 years now, During that time I've worked on Technical Support, Ticket Team (Back in the days before webchat), Web chat and currently working in Faults.

I specialise in Faults diagnostics, Email, domains, Web Hosting, TV support and general technical support.

I'm very much looking forward to being more active on the forums and provide support where I can.
