Hello again glorious Community Forums!
I'm creating a new account after being accepted onto our Social team! So you'll see me on these forums a a lot more frequently from May onwards. ^_^

Welcome to the full time team.  So with you and Anoush dropping your front line call taking activities to support CRT who is going to be left manning the phones...? Cheesy

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Thanks for your warm welcome, both Anoush and I are really looking forward to moving to the Social Team and being a lot more active on the Community Forums.
Don't worry, the call queues are looking the best I've seen them in a long time so I'm sure our great support we offered whilst on the front line wont cause too much of an impact Wink

BDevine previously, I wasn't the most active of staff members on here but now I've progressed onto the social team you should see Dr.Nick popping up a lot more frequently. Smiley
