Morning All,
My name is Dave and I work for the Social Media team in Leeds.
My work related specialisms are broadband technical and customer support (billing etc).
My non-work related specialisms are gaming, creative writing and pop culture trivia.
Before working for Plusnet I've worked for a variety of ISP's in various technical roles. I've also got a First Class Honours English degree and taught secondary English for two years - I'll try not to twitch too much when I spot grammar errors 
Looking forward to helping folks out and/or just shooting the breeze.

More like a few weeks.
One of the classics (hmm how do I put this without being told off). There was a male at my old company who the sysadmin found some photos. It was a picture of "himself" (read between the lines there).
I joked with the sysadmin I dare you to GPO that as a wallpaper across the company and prevent people from changing it on Active Directory.
Yes he would have been fired, but it would have been funny for me.
