On the risk of this introduction post going off topic,
I can advise contacting the plusnet Customer Service Team on 0800 432 0200 and they should be able to offer you some more insight.
I wouldn't advise calling in regarding webmail/Plusnet email problems at the moment. We're aware of the problem and unfortunately would not be able to advise anything more than what is currently on our Service Status where we will continue to provide updates when we have more information.
