Hey Everyone! :)

Hi, my names Aisha. I have recently joined Plusnet to work in the social media advocates team. This is now my 5th week here.
I have had slight training in provisioning and I am currently doing my social media training. I am looking forward to working with you all.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
